Ozwebresouces that hires new members is affiliate marketing agency. It's main target is hiring new members as much as they can.Now question is why they affiliate marketing agency???
-they hires members as much as they can
-the main work of members is to post advertisement for attracting other new members through different policies.
-again the new members who have been hired gets same work to post advertisement to again attract other new members respectively. It continuous regularly.
-this means their job is to attract new members only.
Now question arises how this company survives in the market and how they pay their members???
- they earn through members admission fees , monthly fees, putting advertisements of other affiliate agencies products/ services etc
Now Are They Scam or Not???
- most companies in the internet does same to survive. In this case this is not scam.
-but if they don't pay , or don't pay in time and if they pay partially then they are scams.
Note- according to the experiences they are paying partially and not in time .

YEH THIS IS REALLY SCAM THEY PAY RARELY TO ONE OR TWO MEMBERS OUT OF 10 SO THEY ARE NOT THE EMPLOYER THEY ARE SCAMMER
